The festival i celebrate is Chinese New Year. I celebrate this festival because the Chinese celebrate the new year and it's a new start. We celebrate Chinese New Year by going to our relatives house and go to our friends house to exchange oranges and giving children and adult who haven married red packets. Yes i know some of them, Deepavali is celebrated Hindus, it is celebrate for Festival of Lights. Yes it can strengthen racial harmony among the various race in Singapore, by inviting them during the celebration of the festival and share some food about the festival which you celebrate with them to let them know more about your own festival. We can share our problems with them.
